Conditions for Returns
- Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Opened or used skincare products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they’re faulty.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required.

Refunds Process
- Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect your returned item.
- Funds are returned via your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
